1. What is your terms of payment?
We will recommend our customer to use different terms of payment based on difference in quantity of order.
Less than 1000 USD, generally choose the PayPal.
More than 1000 USD, generally choose telegraphic transfer.

2. Do your products have quality certification? How long is the warranty time?
All of our EV charging products posses with CE, TUV certifications, J1772 products posses with UL certification. Generally speaking, the warranty time is 1 year.
3. How do you deliver your goods to me? How long will it take?
We have various ways of shipment for customers to choose, DHL, TNT, UPS, Air freight, Ocean freight. If not have the special requirements, the weight of products less than 50kg will be arranged by DHL (3 days), the weight of products more than 50 kg will be arranged by Ocean freight (30 days). But pls note that this is just the time of transportation, the producing time of products will be varied from 3days to 10 days due to the quantity of order, the level of busyness in production line.
4. Can we require you to print our trademark into your products? Do the color of plug and cable can be customized made according to our requirements?
We support OEM production, but the order quantity must be more than 100pcs.
The color of plug and cable can be customized made any colors on the basis of your requirements, the order quantity must be more than 200pcs.
5. We need to connect the industry plug to J1772 plug with 7m length of cable, however, we don’t find the similar products in your website.
The products displayed in our website are mainstream products, we can connect any two kinds of plug, but some of which need certain quantity to be customized connection. If more detailed requirements, pls contact us.
6. How is your product quality? In case of problem occurs, what should I do?
Firstly, we sell our products for many years, we have the professional engineer team in this field. Moreover, our products have to pass strict inspections and repeated tests before they go out, rate of fine variety is 99.98%. If it is the quality which lead to the failure in use, we will take place the new one for free.
